Panduan Penulis

Para penulis diundang untuk mengirimkan naskahnya ke jurnal ini. Semua naskah akan dinilai oleh seorang editor untuk menentukan apakah sudah sesuai dengan tujuan dan cakupan jurnal ini. Naskah yang sesuai akan dikirimkan untuk ditinjau oleh mitra bestari sebelum menentukan apakah naskah tersebut akan diterima atau ditolak.

Sebelum mengirim, penulis bertanggung jawab untuk memperoleh izin untuk menerbitkan semua materi yang disertakan dalam naskah, seperti foto, dokumen, dan kumpulan data. Semua penulis yang tertera dalam naskah harus memberikan persetujuan untuk diakui sebagai penulis. Bila diperlukan, penelitian harus disetujui oleh suatu komite etik yang tepat sesuai dengan persyaratan hukum negara tempat penelitian.

Editor dapat menolak sebuah naskah jika tidak memenuhi standar minimum kualitas. Sebelum mengirim, pastikan bahwa desain penelitian dan argumen penelitian terstruktur dan dirumuskan dengan baik. Judul harus singkat dan abstrak harus bisa berdiri sendiri. Hal ini akan meningkatkan kemungkinan reviewer bersedia mereview naskah tersebut. Daftar Tilik Penyerahan Naskah

As part of the manuscript submission process, authors must ensure that their submission complies with all of the following criteria. Submissions that do not follow these rules may be returned for revision.

1. Originality and Prior Submission

Authors confirm that the submission:

  • Has not been previously published, and

  • Is not currently under review by any other journal or publisher.
    Exceptions are made for versions published as abstracts or archived in institutional repositories or personal websites. (See deposit policy).

2. Required Submission Files

Authors affirm that they have uploaded two separate documents:

  1. Blinded Manuscript: Contains the main text, tables, figures, and references.

  2. Title Page: Includes author information, funding, acknowledgments, conflict of interest statement, author contributions, author biographies, data availability statement, and a statement on APC payment upon acceptance.

3. File Format

Both documents must be submitted in .doc or .docx format (not .rtf or .pdf).

4. Language

All submission documents must be written in English.

5. Creative Commons License

Authors retain full copyright of their work, which is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0).

6. Article Processing Charge (APC)

Authors agree to pay the APC within ten days of editorial acceptance. Advance payment is optional and does not guarantee acceptance.

7. Submission Compliance

Failure to comply with this checklist will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript.

8. Double Submission Policy

Submitting the manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously will result in the blacklisting of the author(s).

General Submission Requirements

  • This submission complies with the Author Guidelines.

  • This manuscript is original and not under review elsewhere.

  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.

  • All tables and figures are numbered and labeled.

  • Permission has been obtained for photos, datasets, and third-party materials.

Authors who publish with JWA agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain unrestricted copyright and publishing rights under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, allowing others to remix, adapt, and build upon their work non-commercially, while crediting the authors. Derivative works must also remain non-commercial.

2. Pre-publication Posting

Authors are encouraged to post their work online (institutional repositories or personal websites) before and during submission, under the same CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

3. Archiving Permission

Authors may archive the post-print (peer-reviewed version) or accepted manuscript on institutional repositories or personal websites. The publisher's version (PDF) can also be archived under CC BY-NC 4.0.
